Meanwhile, the person in urgent need would obtain a timely assistance.

When engaging in horse-race industry, it means subsidizing the charity. To create more wealth means to make the performance stage for dream become wider. ◇Geographic location and basic facilities

　　The club is situated in the Orient Lucky City, No. 1 Jinnan Yilu, Dongxihu District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, PRC. It has a state-grade horsemanship and speed horse-race training centre, a 100-acre horse-racing course, a 150000 m2 central square and a racing track of 1620m in circumference by 28m in width conforming to the international standard.

◇Rights and Obligations of club members

　　B. Member of board of directors: 200 members only
　　Fee for entry: RMB200,000
　　Annual fee: RMB3000
　　C. Common members: 500 persons only

　　Group members
　　Rights of members: 3 nominees from one group have the right to be the club members.
　　Fee for entry: RMB250,000
　　Annual fee: RMB8000

　　Both of the above 2 different kinds of club members may buy a speed-racing horse and obtain the qualification to participate in the regional or nation-wide speed race games held by Wuhan horse-racing association. They can also buy a horse for the purpose of riding. The common club members can become the horse owners after being approved by the board of directors. The entry fee can be used to offset it.

　　→Rights of the club members
　　·Charges during the period of competition and to enjoy drinks and food in certain areas.
　　·To become the horse owner of the horse-racing club.
　　·To enjoy riding, playing polo, and various horse sports. To enjoy 20% off while 　　·
purchasing the horse-fittings and to use, free of charge, the leisure corridor, bathing and
resting facilities.
　　 ·To be trained at horsemanship school free of
Parking cars at VIP area free of charge, however the parking lots are limited to 4 as
maximum.
　　 ·To enjoy a maximum amount of RMB3000 service without pay instead of signing the bill only.

　　→Cost for buying a horse and feeding fees
　　·The horses are divided into pure-bred horses, semi-pure-bred horses and native horses.
　　·The lowest price for a pure-bred horse is RMB150,000, for a semi-pure-bred horse is
RMB100,000 and for a native horse is RMB50,000.
　　·The feeding, training and normal managing fees paid by owner of the horse to the club are as follows: RMB1500/per native-bred horse, RMB2000/per semi-pure-bred horse and RMB2500/per pure-bred horse excluding medical cure to horses. The treatment charges shall be calculated according different cases.

◇Horse-racing schedule

　　→Annual nation-wide speed-racing opens
　　·The open games are regular races. The racing season is set between the last Sept. to the following May.
　　·There is one day set as annual racing day. Within the day there are 4-6 games, in each of the games there are 10 horses to participate. The annual final is held in May.
The owner of horses of the racing clubs are allowed to register in the racing. Both the rider and the horse will win a large sum of bonus in case they achieve good scores.
·The CCTV and Wuhan TV will broadcast the events, other media will report the event too.

　　→Medals and bonus
　　·Horse racing without authentication of horses: The horses are divided into Group A and B according to their achievement and accumulated scores to participate in races with load.
　　·The first 6 winners of each group shall be determined according to the scores.
　　·The first 3 winners of Group A shall win prizes, certificates and medals and the first 6 winners of each group shall win very high bonus.
　　·The annual general final is set in May. The first and second place winners and twice
the third place winners of Group A are qualified to participate in the general finals. In
case the horse numbers is more than 10, they shall participate in the pre-finals. The winners of the first 10 places shall participate in the general final to win the championship. The winners of the first 3 places shall win the prizes, certificates and bonus.

　　→Other events
　　There are various national races and commercial races held irregularly every year, such
as “China Cup” national speed tournament, Enterprise Star Championship of Hubei Wuhan.

◇Stable management

　　→Hardware facility
　　The horse stable consists of 5 independent huts, veterinarian room, feedstuff room, horse exercises hut and other utilities. The condition will be great improved with the development of competition events and requirement to business operations. The stable shall be further divided into speed-racing horses’stable, entertainment horses’stable, obstacle horses stable according to different horse categaries and management. The veterinarians shall be also divided into groups for carrying out medical services. We have also worked out stable management regulations, employees regulation, reasonable training and feeding rules to provide solid logistic guarantee for daily operation

　　→Medicare and quarantine management
　　We regularly carry out health examinations to horses during spring and autumn every year according to the procedure of animal quarantine and inspection. When a new-coming horse enters the stable, a certain period isolation observation shall be done. The veterinarian shall record all the examination and observation information. An examination on the heart, liver and lungs of the horse shall be taken before race. A regular sterilization to the public sanitary area of the stable shall also be taken so as to improve the environmental sanitation and prevent against diseases.

　　→Daily training, feeding and Nursing
　　Daily training plan: (In spring and summer) 6：00-10：00 10min/slow walking, 15min/fast walking, 5min/running on 400m sandy path; (In autumn and winter) 7：00—11：00 for daily training on 400m sandy path or on 1620m course.The horses are fed at regulated time and regulated foodstuffs, usually 4 times a day(3：00、10：00、17：00、22：00).The foodstuff is mixed according to certain proportions by the stable department. Also, the foodstuffs are divided into 3 categories, namely, rough foodstuff (green or dry grass), fine foodstuff (corn, bean, barley, calcium powder, chaff and salt) and energy foodstuff (oat, pea, oil, sugar and parrot). To keep the horse fit and clean, we take those nursing measures of water rinsing, dry brushing and hoof cleaning according to different seasons.
